THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Woodlands Township is pleased to share the news of a three-year title sponsorship of the 10 for Texas race by Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center. Memorial Hermann 10 for Texas takes place on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 7 a.m. at Northshore Park.

Registration is now open for the 2021 Memorial Hermann 10 for Texas, set for Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Northshore Park, 2505 Lake Woodlands Drive. — PHOTO: Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center inks a three-year sponsorship with The Woodlands Township for the 10 for Texas race. The 2022 race takes place on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 7 a.m. at Northshore Park.

“We are excited to be the title sponsor for the Memorial Hermann 10 for Texas event for another three-year period,” said Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer Justin Kendrick of Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center and Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital. “This event promotes fitness, wellness and community – and Memorial Hermann is dedicated to advancing health and wellness in the communities we are so very privileged to serve.”

“The Woodlands Township looks forward to continuing our partnership with Memorial Hermann on 10 for Texas,” said Township Assistant General Manager Chris Nunes. “This event provides runners with a first-class race experience in The Woodlands. The support from Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center helps to make that possible.”

The 2022 race, sanctioned by USA Track and Field (USATF) will feature a 10-mile race, the 3.1 Armadillo Run 5K and One 4 Texas Kids’ Fun Run. The 10-mile course is certified by USATF and offers both an assisted and wheelchair division. Limited spots are available for all three races, as all races are capped to ensure runner safety and comfort.
