Township Shred Day returns April 20 at Rob Fleming Aquatic Center

By  |

As part of its ongoing commitment to community safety and crime prevention, The Woodlands Township Neighborhood Services is pleased to announce the return of its Shred Day event, Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 8 a.m. to noon, at the Rob Fleming Aquatic Center, 6535 Creekside Forest Drive, The Woodlands, 77389. Mark your calendars to take advantage of the secure, contactless shredding service to dispose of unwanted documents and protect your privacy.

In an effort to combat identity theft and promote household safety, residents are encouraged to bring their unwanted documents to Shred Day. By participating, individuals not only safeguard their personal information but also declutter their homes and reduce the risk of potential fire hazards.

In addition to promoting safety within the community, Shred Day also serves a charitable purpose. Attendees are invited to contribute to a worthy cause by donating five non-perishable food items or $5.00 per box of documents shredded. All donations will directly benefit the Interfaith of The Woodlands Food Pantry, supporting its mission to assist those in need.
