UPDATE 4/4: The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce Health, Wellness and Fitness Expo Rescheduled to May 10
Due to expected inclement weather, the Chamber has rescheduled the Health, Wellness & Fitness Expo originally scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday April 5, 2025.
To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment the expo will instead take place on SATURDAY, MAY 10, 2025. Further details will be announced in the very near future.
ORIGINAL 3/24: The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to invite the community to experience the 2025 “Wild About Health, Wellness and Fitness Expo”, presented by St. Luke’s Health. This free community event is designed to connect residents to area businesses that provide health, wellness and fitness related products and services.
Attendees can expect 60 vendor booths offering giveaways, interactive exhibits and free health screenings as well as local first responders and their vehicles. Families will enjoy the kid zone, sponsored by Main Event Shenandoah, featuring games, face painting, bouncy houses and other activities to entertain kids and get them moving.
There will also be an opportunity to win a prize basket filled with items donated by our vendors.

The expo is open to the public and suitable for all ages so bring your friends, family and workout buddies. The event will take place rain or shine on Saturday, April 5 from 10:00am-2:00pm at Town Green Park located at 2099 Lake Robbins Drive in The Woodlands.
