Evergreen celebrates Amenity Village opening April 26-27
Evergreen will host two days of family-friendly fun during a grand opening celebration for The Arbor Amenity Village noon to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, April 26 and 27, at 16309 Sheridan River Trail in Conroe.
The festivities will include complimentary popcorn, hot dogs, churros, mocktails and an ice cream bar while supplies last. A caricature artist will also be on hand. Guests will receive free garden shovels, pickleball paddles and other giveaways while supplies last. Model homes and move-in ready homes will be open for touring. Attendees can register at the models for a chance to win $500.
