Pet of the Month: Teddy
Hello Woodlands, in partnership with Operation Pets Alive (OPA), highlights a “Pet of the Month” that features a local dog or cat available for foster and/or adoption in Montgomery County, Texas. Operation Pets Alive is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization striving to elevate Montgomery County to a No-Kill community through innovative programs that raise community awareness, reduce the number of dogs and cats that enter our shelters, and increase the number of dogs and cats that leave our shelters alive.
For our Pet of the Month, we are excited to introduce you to Teddy!
MEET TEDDY
Looking for a running buddy, cuddle monster, and professional toy enthusiast? Meet Teddy – 2.5 years old, 80 pounds of pure joy, and genetically blessed with a husky dad and pitbull mix mom.
Teddy is:
- Energetic but mellowing out (adulting is hard)
- Never met a person or dog he didn’t love
- House-trained, non-destructive, and free-roaming while foster’s at work
- Obsessed with tiny orange & blue balls
- Best friends with a chihuahua (yes, really)
- A frog-eating, high-jumping, bed-sharing snuggle machine
Teddy needs:
- A 6-ft fence (he’s got hops!)
- A playful dog sibling
- An active home – he’d crush it as your running buddy!
He’s silly, sweet, and ready to bring laughter and love to your life. Just don’t try to cut his nails at the vet… he’s got opinions!
Teddy is located in The Woodlands, Texas.
