Pct. 3 Constable’s Office: Child Predator arrested in The Woodlands
On December 11, 2025, Constable Ryan Gable’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit carried out a residential search warrant in The Woodlands, Texas, as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into child exploitation.
During this investigation, detectives spoke with 23-year-old Caden Scott Miller, who confessed to actively downloading and sharing child sexual assault material online. Miller was subsequently arrested and charged with four felony counts of Promotion of Child Pornography. Detectives seized several electronic devices that will be subject to forensic examination at a later date. Miller was booked into the Montgomery County Jail with a bond set at $330,000.

Constable Gable expresses gratitude to the Montgomery County Constables’ Offices Precincts 1, 2, 4, and 5, as well as the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, for their support and collaboration throughout this investigation.
“The men and women of the Pct. 3 Constable’s Office is dedicated to fighting child exploitation,” Constable Gable remarked. “We will persist in our efforts to protect vulnerable victims and ensure that offenders are held accountable.
All suspects are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.
