November 4, 2025 – February 5, 2026 – “Winter in The Woodlands” Photography Exhibit – The Woodlands Arts Council’s newest exhibition, “Winter in The Woodlands,” is a photography showcase featuring finalists from the community contest. The exhibition celebrates the creative vision of local photographers who captured and preserved the surprising winters with snow in The Woodlands. The show is on display from November 4, 2025, through February 5, 2026, at the TWAC Gallery. Learn More
January 16 – February 28, 2026 – SCI://TECH – SCI://TECH is a collaborative initiative between Education for Tomorrow Alliance, Conroe ISD, The John Cooper School, and other area private schools that encourages scientific curiosity and exploration. The 2026 SCI://TECH Exposition will engage approximately 4,000 K–12 students in 12 science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) competitions and events held over multiple weekends from mid-January to the end of February. On February 7, the SCI://TECH Expo Day at Stockton Junior High School has events are family-friendly, free and open to the public from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Learn how to volunteer here

February 1, 2026 – The Woodlands Cars & Coffee for a Cause – The Woodlands Car Club car enthusiasts gather at Market Street the first Sunday of each month from 6-10 a.m. to provide a fun and creative way to give back to our community. All types of cars/vehicles from classics, hot rods, exotics, and more are welcome. Coach Deon’s February basketball programs in The Woodlands continue building strong fundamentals, confidence, and structure through organized weekly classes and weekend clinics designed specifically for young players. February 14, 2026 – Community Tree Planting – Join The Woodlands Township on February 14 to help reforest the surrounding greenspace at the 12th annual Community Tree Planting! This is a great opportunity for friends, families and service groups to give back to our community. February 21, 2026 – Go Texan Parade – Many Conroe businesses, and local organizations will soon be gearing up for the 61st annual Go Texan Parade on February 21, 2026. The parade is one of the kickoff events for the 94th Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and will feature marching and walking units, horses and floats. February 28, 2026 – The Woodlands Marathon – The Keating Auto Group Woodlands Marathon is a Boston Marathon Qualifier, the fastest course in Texas on average, and one of the top 25th fastest courses in the country.
