Meaning “ties” or “connections” in Spanish, Lazos explores how music brings people together across cultures, generations, and life journeys. Performed by Ensemble Diversion, the program spans classical works by Latin American composers, folk music, and modern popular favorites. Featured performers are Mariana Rodriguez, José Luis Ramirez, Jeremias Garcia, Gaven Krase, Zequreia Johnson, and Matthew Kent Everett.

“Lazos is ultimately about connection,” said Everett, Founder and Artistic Director. “The music comes from different places and traditions, but together it reminds us of what connects us.”

The Woodlands Diversion is a nonprofit organization dedicated to presenting collaborative and accessible fine arts experiences in the community.
