Bari Ristorante to open second location in The Woodlands on Waterway Avenue

Bari Hospitality Group has announced that they will open a second location of Bari Ristorante in The Woodlands. Located at 24 Waterway Avenue, in the Waterway Square District. The restaurant will serve lunch, dinner and brunch and be open seven days a week. The menu features Italian food and dramatic table-side service…a balance between classic and modernity. Bari is where diners experience respect for Italian food in a setting that evokes the stylish glamour of Milan and Rome. Chef Renato De Pirro is known for serving exquisite dishes from the mountains to the sea. An early 2026 opening is expected.

Bari Hospitality Group has a earned a reputation for setting the table with professionalism, impeccable service, ambiance, innovative design, and culinary vision. Led by industry heavyweights Pedro Teyuca and Tommy Nally, they set a new standard for dining. The team also owns and operates Georgia James, a Modern American steakhouse with culinary influences from the West Coast, France, and Europe.

Chef De Pirro, with 30 years of contemporary and fine dining experience will oversee the kitchen. A Certified Master Italian Chef, De Pirro has worked across Italy and the U.S., and anchors the menu in Italian dishes that reflect the seasons.

The 200-seat restaurant will showcase signature table-side dishes and favorites from the River Oaks District menu, including the Truffle Pasta finished in a parmigiano reggiano cheese wheel with freshly shaved truffles; the Branzino al Sale, Mediterranean seabass baked in rock salt and served with seasonal vegetables and salmoriglio dressing; and the Chateaubriand, a center-cut filet cooked in the pizza oven and flambéed table-side. The Woodlands location will complement these signature dishes with an expanded selection of premium cuts of meat. Guests can end their meal here with an Italian classic, Pistachio Tiramisu with toasted pistachios. Inspired by sophisticated European haunts, Bari brings these dishes to life using imported and locally sourced ingredients — from semolina flour to cheese to tomatoes — with everything made in- house.
