Canopy Cancer Survivorship Center hosts Holiday Party to celebrate Cancer Survivors
Canopy Cancer Survivorship Center hosted their annual Holiday Party on Friday, December 19 to celebrate cancer survivors, caregivers and supporters.
View video and photos from the event on the Hello Woodlands Instagram and Facebook pages.

A surprise art reveal was presented by Houston Artist Sean Wilson who created the painting as part of a new series titled, “The Weight of Her Crown” in honor of his mother, Ethel Wilson, who bravely battled breast cancer four times before passing away. The artwork was presented to the son of beloved member of the Canopy community, Cheryl Ward, who passed away this fall. Another member of the Canopy community, Stephanie, also was nominated to receive another custom piece of Wilson’s art.
The Holiday Party Committee planned and put together the annual event, members of Junior League of The Woodlands served guests, and local students performed live music at the 2025 Holiday Party at Canopy.
