City Place kicks off 2026 with Fitness, Family Fun and Creative Play

By  |

North Houston’s City Place is welcoming 2026 with a robust January lineup that blends fitness, family-friendly entertainment, community wellness, and hands-on creativity. Kick off the new year and resolutions on the right foot with complimentary Saturday fitness classes, including high-energy Band Sculpt and all-levels yoga sessions designed to strengthen, stretch, and energize guests of all ages. In addition to these wellness offerings, families can enjoy youth soccer, puppet shows, gaming activations, and a special Pilates and floral workshop, making City Place the perfect destination for movement, imagination, and togetherness.

January also marks the final chance to experience signature seasonal offerings – the annual Giant Gingerbread Village and Roaming Elves – plus a pop-up art installation from internationally acclaimed, Amsterdam-based studio VOUW.

All activities take place on and around The Plaza at 1250 Lake Plaza Drive and are complimentary unless otherwise noted.
