Fall Head Over Heels at The Pavilion’s “For the Love of the Arts” Gala in Support of Arts Access

By  |

Hearts will race and guitars will serenade as The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion throws its first gala since 2018—For the Love of the Arts—on Saturday, February 14, 2026. This one-night-only Valentine’s blowout will feature a live performance by multi-platinum rock band Barenaked Ladies, themed glitz and crowd-pleasing surprises, all in support of The Pavilion’s mission to make the arts accessible for everyone.

The party heats up inside The Pavilion Event Center, where concert vibes collide with Cupid’s playground. From the moment guests walk in, it’s love at first sight. Attendees are encouraged to dress to impress in crush-worthy looks—think iconic couples, rom-com legends, red carpet showstoppers or even Cupid in full flair.

“This is not your average sit-down fundraiser,” said Jeff Young, President and CEO of The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. “It’s our first gala in years and we’re pulling out all the stops. With Barenaked Ladies on stage and surprises around every corner this will be a Valentine’s party to remember.”

On top of rocking out, guests can try their luck in the first-ever Guitar Grab—a fast-paced chance to win a signed guitar of their choice from artists like Post Malone, Willie Nelson and Billy Idol. It’s part raffle, part race and all heart. Guests can also celebrate their forever valentine with a fun on-site vow renewal. Whether it’s romantic or just for laughs, it’s a moment worth reliving.

Ample underwriting opportunities are available. At 100% tax deductible and packed with perks that turn giving into celebrating, these opportunities are a no-brainer. From Rosé All Night and Love in Print to Cupid’s Bubbly Benefactor, each option adds personality and impact to your support. Sponsorship levels range from $7,500 to $100,000 and include bubbly perks like champagne service, song dedications, private meet and greets with Barenaked Ladies and even a party bus for the ultimate arrival.

Proceeds from the event support The Pavilion’s educational and community programs, which serve more than 50,000 students each year. Through free access to world-class performances, scholarships, in-school programs and hands-on arts experiences, The Pavilion removes barriers and helps students of all backgrounds discover their creativity.
