Flash Flood Warning and Tornado Warning for Montgomery County

As of 7 a.m., the National Weather Service reports that Hurricane Harvey is still expected to meander over southeast Texas through the middle of next week.
A Flash Flood Warning for Montgomery County is in effect until Saturday, August 26 until 8:30 a.m.
Update: Flash Flood Warning extended to 2:15 p.m. in Montgomery County and Flash Flood Watch until Tuesday evening.
A Tornado Watch for Montgomery County is in effect until Saturday, August 26 until 1 p.m.
Update: Tornado Watch issued for Montgomery County until Sunday, August 27 2 a.m.
The National Hurricane Center expects Harvey to continue to weaken and is likely to become a tropical storm later today.
