Grand Central Park Hosts Furever Homes Tour & Pet Adoptions Saturday, November 13

CONROE, TX – Grand Central Park will host the return of its popular Furever Homes Tour & Pet Adoptions, a celebration of the finest in new homes coupled with pet adoptions, pet vendors, family activities and prizes, on Saturday, November 13 from 9 a.m. – noon.

Enjoy free breakfast and coffee at The Lake House, Grand Central Park’s all-new amenity complex, where shuttles will take visitors to each of the community’s 11 expertly decorated showcase model homes. The Lake House also will host a bounce house, fall photo opportunity and pet adoptions from Friends of Faye. Guests can register for prize giveaways and visit with pet vendors including PetBar, the newly opened grooming facility in 336 Marketplace, Twyla’s Friends Rescue, and Bubba’s Biscuits.

Grand Central Park, a carefully planned community by Johnson Development Corp., is located at I-45 North and South Loop 336 five miles north of The Woodlands. The community is accessible via a permanent arrival experience at Grand Central Parkway at the southbound IH-45 feeder road, just south of South Loop 336. Those traveling north on IH-45 can take the Camp Strake/Crighton Road exit and turn left directly into the community. The Lake House is located at 1039 Lake House Drive within the forested community of new homes.
