Grand Central Park’s 336 Marketplace Adds Three Retailers
CONROE, TX – Three new retailers, Burlington, Ulta Beauty, and Five Below will open in Grand Central Park’s 336 Marketplace as the regional shopping destination as the southwest corner of I-45 and South Loop 336 continues its brisk leasing activity.
Five Below and Ulta Beauty are expected to open by Christmas 2019 while Burlington is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2020. DICK’s Sporting Goods, which announced plans to open in 336 Marketplace earlier this year, also will open by Christmas.
Burlington will offer the latest in designer clothing, shoes, accessories, baby products, and home furnishings in 35,000 square feet of retail space. Ulta Beauty will present cosmetics and skincare brands, men’s and women’s fragrances, nail products, bath and body products, beauty tools, and hair care products in 10,000 square feet of space. The high-energy shopping experience of Five Below will offer items for children and tweens in 8,200 square feet of retail space.
A new Chick-Fil-A also will celebrate its 336 Marketplace grand opening on Thursday, June 6.
The new tenants will join 336 Marketplace anchors Marshalls, Ross, Michaels, HomeGoods, and Kroger Marketplace in addition to several restaurants and specialty stores.
336 Marketplace offers more than 569,000 square feet of retail space in the carefully planned, forested community of Grand Central Park where new luxury patio homes, townhomes, traditional single-family homes and estate homes start in the $260s.
