Grand Central Park’s Marcel Boulevard Announces Second Round of New Tenants

CONROE, TX – Marcel Boulevard, the new shopping, dining, and office destination within the master-planned community of Conroe’s Grand Central Park, has signed several new tenants including two new dining concepts, a new-age workout experience and an upscale nail salon.

The outdoor retail and restaurant setting at I-45 South and Grand Central Parkway minutes north of The Woodlands has added Mezze#1 Mediterranean Eatery & Bar and Camila’s Mexican Restaurant along with F45 Training, where trained fitness professionals lead on-demand workouts completed in 45-minute sessions, and Malibu Nails & Spa.

Marcel Boulevard tenants announced last fall include Voodoo Grille, an upscale, casual Cajun/Creole-inspired restaurant; Perfect Round, a family-friendly sports bar with four golf simulation bays; and Strategic Mind Games, presenting new-age, tabletop battle games, legacy board games and custom chess sets. Office tenants include Apex Executive Suites, offering a Class-A office setting with dedicated private offices, shared workspace, and Edward Jones.




Several tenants are expected to open in the spring with others following later in the year.  

Marcel Boulevard is the latest project by MARCEL, a privately-owned, fully-integrated commercial real estate development and property management firm based in The Woodlands. The project includes 68,160 square feet of restaurant and retail space, 32,400 square feet of executive office space, and ground-level special event and entertainment areas. Ample onsite parking also will be available. 

Grand Central Park, a community of new homes by Johnson Development Corp., also offers the onsite retail destination 336 Marketplace featuring a Kroger Marketplace, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Dick’s Sporting Goods and other shopping conveniences.
