For the past 10 years, the Habitat MCTX ReStore on SH 242 has played a vital role in supporting Habitat’s mission. More than just a furniture and home improvement store, the ReStore turns community generosity into real impact. Every purchase, donation, and volunteer hour helps fund programs that build and repair homes for local families right here in Montgomery County, ensuring safer, more stable futures for generations to come.

This anniversary comes at an exciting time for Habitat MCTX. The organization is nearing completion of Cedar Creek, a 37-acre neighborhood in Conroe that includes 129 Habitat-built homes, a powerful example of what’s possible when neighbors, donors, and volunteers come together. Building on that momentum, Habitat MCTX is now breaking ground on Marble Creek in Magnolia, an ambitious 81-acre development that will provide homes for more than 200 families. Together, these projects address the growing need for safe, stable, and affordable housing in Montgomery County.

Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County extends its deepest gratitude to the donors, volunteers, staff, shoppers, and community partners who have made the past decade of the ReStore so impactful. The public is invited to attend the ribbon cutting, shop the anniversary sale, and help celebrate 10 years of the store that builds homes.
