Habitat for Humanity names New Executive Committee and adds Three Board Members

Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, Texas (Habitat MCTX) is pleased to announce its newly appointed Executive Committee of the Board and welcomes three new directors. The organization names Michael Bradbury, Managing Partner of Rockwell Square Ventures, as President of the Board. Bradbury brings extensive business leadership experience and a strong commitment to advancing Habitat MCTX’s mission to build homes, communities, and hope.

“I am honored to step into this role and to support the vital work of Habitat Montgomery County,” Bradbury said. “Our mission is powered by volunteers, donors, partners, and the families we serve. I am grateful for the trust placed in our Board, and I look forward to working together to expand affordable homeownership opportunities across our community.”

The new Executive Committee of the Board includes:

  • Michael Bradbury, PresidentManaging Partner, Rockwell Square Ventures
  • Ross Folkenroth, Vice PresidentVice President of Community Development, Woodforest National Bank
  • Brent Krueger, TreasurerPartner, CPA, KPMG Audit Services LLP
  • Austin Adams, SecretarySenior Vice President of Commercial Lending, Simmons Bank

Habitat MCTX also welcomes three newly appointed board members whose experience brings valuable insight to guide the organization’s growth.

  • Sergio Grado is a Business Owner at GradCo Distributors, LLC and a seasoned second-generation builder with more than 26 years of experience in custom residential, remodeling, and commercial construction across Montgomery County. A past National Graduate Master Builder of the Year, Grado has owned and operated multiple construction and retail ventures and now works in corporate leadership roles focused on sales, development, and strategic growth with global companies. He has held community leadership roles with several local organizations and remains active in national construction and manufacturing negotiations.
  • David Piccione is the former President and Owner of Aspen Manufacturing with more than three decades of experience in manufacturing and management. After earning degrees from Baylor University and the University of St. Thomas, he joined his family’s company, Aspen Manufacturing, where he later became President and led significant expansion and product diversification. Following the sale of Aspen in 2025, Piccione remains active in business and community engagement and has served on numerous boards.
  • Amber Speers serves as Director of Human Resources at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP, overseeing domestic and international HR business partner support. She brings more than 24 years of experience in human resources, including leadership roles in operations, planning, talent acquisition, and global HR management. Speers holds degrees from Lamar University, a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification, and is a dedicated community member who enjoys travel and long-distance running.
