HOUSTON, TX (March 19, 2020) – Lone Star College has announced its plan to cancel all spring 2020 graduation ceremonies, which were scheduled to take place May 6-9.

“This was not an easy decision to make,” said Stephen C. Head, Ph.D., LSC chancellor. “I know what a special time this is for our students, but given the circumstances, we felt it prudent to err on the side of caution.

“We are working on alternative arrangements to help commemorate and celebrate students’ remarkable achievement of graduating and moving on to the next chapter in their life,” said Head.
