MCTXSheriff Arrests Suspect in “Super” Aggravated Sexual Assault Case
In November of 2018, a report was made to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office regarding sexual abuse allegations involving a five year old girl against a Conroe area Landscaper known as “Jorge Galvez.”
The case was assigned to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office – Special Victim’s Unit, and was subsequently investigated for several months. Following an extensive investigation, “Jorge Galvez” was identified as Adalberto Galvez Agustin. On October 9th, 2019, Adalberto was located in the 18800 block of Rabon Chapel Road in Montgomery County, and taken into custody by Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT. Special Victim’s Unit Detectives then interviewed Adalberto Galvez Agustin, who confessed to more than one count of “Super” Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
Members of the community who may have employed Adalberto Galvez Agustin as a landscaper are encouraged to contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office as there is a potential that other children may have been the victims of sexual abuse by this individual.
