Meet St. Luke’s Health-The Woodlands’ First Baby of 2026

As the clock struck midnight and the world ushered in 2026, a special kind of magic unfolded within the walls of St. Luke’s Health-The Woodlands Hospital.

We are pleased to welcome Myla Mae Chebret, the first baby of 2026 born at a St. Luke’s Health hospital in Greater Houston. Arriving at 12:12 a.m. on January 1 at St. Luke’s Health-The Woodlands Hospital, the baby girl weighed in at 5 pounds, 15 ounces and measured 19.5 inches long. Mom and dad, Chancy Johnson and Logan Chebret, are over the moon to welcome their first child.
