Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center was thrilled to welcome its very first baby of the New Year, a sweet little boy named Issac. Baby Issac was born at 3:30 a.m. on January 1, 2026, delivered by Dr. Mary Jackson to his proud parents Brandy and Luke Purcell of Conroe, TX. Issac weighed 6 lbs, 13 oz. He is the Purcells’ fourth child, and brought a very exciting start to the New Year for his whole family!

Memorial Hermann Health System delivers more babies than any other hospital system in the Houston area, recently setting a milestone record of over 30,000 deliveries in a year. Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center offers the highest quality care and facilities to serve the needs of women and babies, including a Level III Family Life Center (FLC) and Level III Neonatal ICU.
