Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office makes Major Narcotics Arrests in Willis

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) concludes a multi-month investigation that has led to several arrests and significant drug seizures in the Willis area.

The Montgomery County Narcotics Enforcement Team (MOCONET), in collaboration with the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constables Office, the Department of Public Safety (DPS), and the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, has been targeting drug trafficking and sales. This investigation culminated on August 29, 2025, with the execution of multiple search warrants.

With the assistance of the MCSO SWAT Team and K9 units, law enforcement executed search warrants at various locations throughout Willis. The operation resulted in the arrests of 40-year-old Marcus Bishop and 19-year-old Brai’sean Brown. In addition, a substantial amount of narcotics and weapons were seized which included:

  • Approximately 6 pounds of marijuana
  • Approximately 463 grams of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)
  • Approximately 710 grams of cocaine
  • Various narcotics in pill form
  • 4 firearms and body armor
