Newman Commercial Real Estate acquires Grogan’s Forest Center in The Woodlands

Newman Commercial Real Estate has acquired Grogan’s Forest Center, a neighborhood retail shopping center located at 25114 Grogan’s Mill Road, in an off-market transaction, further expanding the firm’s presence in The Woodlands.

The approximately 7,100-square-foot property is located at the intersection of Grogan’s Mill Road and Sawdust Road, less than one mile from Interstate 45 and within close proximity to The Woodlands Town Center. The center is currently occupied by a mix of service-oriented tenants, including Komeya Sushi/Ramen, Great Clips, Prime Dental Care USA, and Feng Cha.
