Shelters open for Montgomery County residents needing to evacute

UDPATE 5/4 1:22pm: Shelters are open and available for any Montgomery County residents who are needing to evacuate. Pets are welcome.

The West County shelter has closed. We have additional locations coming online in affected areas, and will provide those details accordingly.
