The driver of the passenger vehicle was pronounced deceased at the crash scene. The driver of the dump truck, a 59 year old male, was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Division, Crime Scene Investigators, and Death Investigators from the Montgomery County Medical Examiner’s Office are currently conducting their investigation.

The victim of this homicide has been identified as 77 year old Jeffry Love, the deceased driver of the passenger vehicle has been identified as 35 year old Nicholas Petropolis. Petropolis was determined to be the adult step-son of the victim inside the home.
