Sheriff’s Office seeks Potential Additional Victims following an attempted Sexual Assault Arrest
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) – Violent Crimes Division, Persons Crimes Unit, in collaboration with MCSO Deputies assigned to The Woodlands, has arrested 24-year-old Marlon Montenegro Borges following an attempted sexual assault investigation.
