The Haunting at Bear Branch Halloween event set for October
THE WOODLANDS, TX – Fear is waiting for you! Have you perfected your scream? The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department is proud to announce the evening frights in October are back with The Haunting at Bear Branch Park (5310 Research Forest Drive) Replenish your thirst for terror with this year’s theme “The Woods.” Find ultimate thrills as you roam a half-mile trail of nightfall’s most horrifying creatures lurking behind you at every turn.
When darkness falls, Bear Branch Park becomes a little more frightful during The Haunting. With terrifying mortifying mazes, thrilling tunnels and chattering chainsaws, The Woods has something for the whole family to experience. This year’s event is presented Jimmy Johns of The Woodlands, sponsoring locations include: 1508 Research Forest Drive, 3707 College Park Drive, and 6402 Farm to Market Road 1488.
October 2021 dates:
Fridays in October- 8, 15, 22 and 29
Saturdays in October- 9, 16, 23 and 30
Recommended Ages: 9 and up
Tickets:
Fast Pass- Fast Pass tickets allow patrons to skip the line and guarantee parking. Tickets will go on sale September 7, 2021, and cost $20 per person. Pre-registration is required. Please note, Fast Passes sell out quickly.
Walk-up Tickets and General admission tickets are available for purchase starting at 7:45 p.m. each night and are $9 per person.
”Wood” You Volunteer?
Township Staff is seeking enthusiastic performers, who are passionate about the art of the scare, and excited to spread fear to all who enter “The Woods.” If this sounds like you, we “wood” love to have you volunteer. Registration is required. Register for job and date slots.
Face coverings are optional. Please note all information is subject to change, pending local, state and federal Orders or Declarations.
