The Lake House amenity complex opens at Grand Central Park

On Saturday, September 18, 2021, Grand Central Park celebrated the opening of The Lake House amenity complex. Tours were given of the 13-acre lakeside facility along with prizes, food by Pacific Yard House, games and more. Guests also had the opportunity to register to win a kayak, fire pit, fitness basket and a Yeti 45 Tundra cooler.

Grand Central Park residents get to enjoy the 13-acre amenity complex fitness room, resort-style pool, event lawn, huge covered pavilion, patio with lake views and indoor air-conditioned Grand Room. If you missed the event, you can still stop by The Lake House for a tour during your visit to Grand Central Park, located in Conroe, Texas 5 miles north of The Woodlands on I-45 North and S. Loop 336. The Lake House is open Monday – Sunday 9 a.m. -7 p.m. at 1000 Lake House Drive, Conroe TX 77304.
