The Woodlands Area Chamber hosts annual Health, Wellness & Fitness Expo
On Saturday, May 2, The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce hosted their free annual Health, Wellness & Fitness Expo from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Town Green Park in The Woodlands. Attendees had the opportunity to connect with local businesses and discover new resources to fuel a healthy lifestyle.
The event featured booths with local health, wellness & fitness businesses (all members of the Chamber!), free fitness classes, including Jiu Jitsu with Renzo Gracie The Woodlands, free wellness and longevity talks , free health screenings, live demonstrations, and a kid zone.
