The Woodlands Ice Rink offers special holiday hours and performances
The Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center, produced by The Woodlands Township and presented by Woodforest National Bank, will be open for special holiday hours as schools let out for the holiday break. Throughout the holiday season, The Ice Rink will offer interactive ice princess visits featuring an indoor snowfall on select days. New for this season, Cookies and Hot Chocolate with Santa will be available for families to enjoy.
The Ice Rink will be open on school holidays, Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. Additional holiday hours include Christmas Eve from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Christmas Day from 2 to 8 p.m., New Year’s Eve from noon to 1 a.m. and New Year’s Day from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. School holidays are based on the Conroe ISD calendar. The 2021-2022 ice-skating season concludes Monday, January 17, 2022.
Interactive ice princess visits featuring an indoor snowfall will take place several times throughout the holiday season. All performances will take place after the ice is refreshed.
- Saturday, December 18 at 2:30 and 4:45 p.m.
- Wednesday, December 22 at 3:30 and 5:45 p.m.
- Thursday, December 23 at 3:30 and 5:45 p.m.
- Friday, December 24 at noon and 2:15 p.m.
There is no fee for spectators to attend the ice princess shows. Regular skate admission and rental will apply.
Make your morning magical by sipping hot cocoa and enjoying cookies with Santa and his elves on the following dates:
- Monday, December 20 from 8 to 9:45 a.m.
- Tuesday, December 21 from 8 to 9:45 a.m.
Fee is $35 per child (includes skate rental for one [1] child, 12 and under)and $5 entry fee (no skating, 13 and up). Holiday programs sell out quickly. Pre-registration is required for Cookies and Hot Chocolate with Santa. Registration on the day of the event will not permitted unless space and supplies allow. The Ice Rink is located at 2005 Lake Robbins Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77380. Featuring ice skating in a main room with lighting, a state-of-the-art sound system, spectator tables and concessions, The Ice Rink is available for parties, corporate gatherings and other events. Admission for a two-hour skate session is $12.50 for adults and $6 for children 5 and under. Price includes skate rental.
The Ice Rink provides a unique outing for families, friends, couples and groups. Don’t skate? Enjoy a variety of food and beverages, available for purchase from the concessions counter, while others in your party are on the ice. Spectator tables are available in the rink on a first-come, first-served basis with the option to rent in advance.
