Open Daily – Tour of Trees Home Tour – Step into a winter wonderland during the Holiday Tour of Homes across seven enchanting Johnson Development communities in North Houston, including Grand Central Park in Conroe! Wander through over 40 beautifully adorned model homes, each sparkling with a uniquely themed Christmas tree. At each model, scan the QR code, and we’ll donate $5 to the Make a Wish Foundation. Friday, November 21 – Sunday, November 23 – Junior League Holiday Market – The Annual Junior League Holiday Market is a shopping extravaganza event that features a variety of items from local boutiques to personalized gifts to holiday ornaments. You can begin your holiday shopping early and even have time left over to buy yourself something special. The Junior League Holiday Market is a major fundraiser for the Junior League of The Woodlands, Inc. (JLTW, Inc.), serving the area of North Harris County and Montgomery County. All proceeds from this event will go directly into programs addressing food insecurity, teen empowerment, and standing in the gap for women, children, and families in our community. Buy Tickets
Open daily starting November 21 & Thanksgiving Day – The Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center is open to the public Friday, November 21 – January 19, 2026. November 22, 2025 – Lighting of the Doves Festival – The Lighting of the Doves Festival is a long-standing tradition in The Woodlands that signifies the start of the holiday season in the community. Daily starting November 22 – Holiday on The Waterway – Experience the magic of the season along The Woodlands Waterway®, beautifully transformed into a glowing winter wonderland from November 22, 2025 – January 4, 2026. Stretching more than a mile and a half – from Waterway Square to Grogan’s Mill Road – this free, interactive light display features over one million sparkling lights, creating the perfect backdrop for photos, family strolls and unforgettable holiday memories. November 24 & 25 – “Winter in The Woodlands” Photography Exhibit – The Woodlands Arts Council’s newest exhibition, “Winter in The Woodlands,” is a photography showcase featuring finalists from the community contest. The exhibition celebrates the creative vision of local photographers who captured and preserved the surprising winters with snow in The Woodlands. The show is on display from November 4, 2025, through February 5, 2026, at the TWAC Gallery. TWAC Gallery Hours for Thanksgiving Week are: Monday, Nov. 24 & Tuesday, Nov. 25 at 1 PM – 4 PM. November 24–26, 2025 – Coach Deon Thanksgiving Basketball Camp – Coach Deon’s programs give young players the structure, skills, and confidence to succeed on and off the court. Thanksgiving Day Morning, November 27 – YMCA Run Thru the Woods – Join The Woodlands Family YMCA for the 36th annual YMCA Run/Walk for a CAUSE! A local Thanksgiving morning tradition, YMCA Run Thru the Woods has supported local non-profits with the goal of strengthening The Woodlands, Spring and Oak Ridge communities for 35 years.
