- Christmas Eve Services at The Woodlands Methodist Church – This Christmas, celebrate the joy of the season with us at The Woodlands Methodist Church on our four campuses in The Woodlands, Woodforest, Montgomery and Creekside, on December 22, 23 and 24. Celebrate the Joy of the Season with a Family Christmas service, Special needs family worship, Traditional candlelight worship, Casual/contemporary candlelight worship, and a special service for those who are grieving. “Let every heart prepare Him room” as we rejoice in God’s gift to us all — Jesus. - Go Ice Skating – The Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center is open daily! Located in the heart of The Woodlands, the 21,000-square-foot facility offers an ice rink perfect for skaters of all ages and skill levels. Advance booking is highly encouraged and is open until January 20, 2025. Learn More
- Market Street in Lights – Experience the magic and wonder of the season at Market Street and enjoy a nightly lighting of the 70-foot Christmas tree as it sparkles and “performs” to music every hour on the half hour, from 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Learn More
- The Woodlands Waterway Wonderland – Create new holiday traditions this season with friends and family. The Woodlands Township presents The Waterway Wonderland, a holiday light trail for all to enjoy festive lighting through January 5, 2025, along The Woodlands Waterway. - City Place Tree and Gingerbread Village – Visit the floating 35-foot Christmas tree and the signature Giant Gingerbread Village showcasing a gumdrop, lollipop and candy cane lined path – guarded by two giant gingerbread men – leading to a raised clearing featuring cookie trees, a 16-foot-high gingerbread house and 12-foot windmill. All City Place holiday decor is free of charge, and will be on display until early January. Learn More

- Grand Chanukah Celebration and Menorah Lighting – In celebration of Chanukah, Market Street will host Chabad of The Woodlands for a Grand Chanukah Celebration and Menorah Lighting on Sunday, December 29 at 4:30 pm. Themed “Fire and Ice,” this year’s celebration will feature live music, a fire show and Chanukah crafts. Families are invited to enjoy Chanukah fun beginning at 4:30 pm followed by the lighting of a menorah created out of ice at 5:15 pm by Rabbi Mendel Blecher. Attendees may enjoy refreshments including hot latkes and donuts. Learn More
