THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Howard Hughes Corporation® has announced Total Wine® & More will officially open at Lake Woodlands Crossing on Thursday, September 20, making the store the first retailer to open at the center. The new 60,261-square-foot retail center is under development in The Woodlands Town Center® at 1900 Lake Woodlands Drive at the northeast intersection of Grogan’s Mill Road. There is limited retail space remaining at Lake Woodlands Crossing as it nears being fully leased out.

The liquor superstore chain offers a selection of 8,000 wines, 3,000 spirits and 2,500 beers along with mixers, bar accessories and gift items. The Woodlands store will have a climate-controlled wine room for rare selections and a walk-in humidor for fine cigars, as well as a space for private tastings, consumer education classes, community meetings and special events. The new location in The Woodlands adds to the nine locations around the Greater Houston Area.
