“Unplugged” Free Acoustic Concert Series in Creekside Park
THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Howard Hughes Corporation®, will host Creekside Park® Unplugged, a free, family-friendly concert series at Creekside Park Village Green, set for Wednesday nights on April 18, 25 and May 2 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Among the performers will be JP and Phillip, a duo performing a variety of tunes including classic Americana, rock, soul, country and more on April 18. On April 25, guests can enjoy the acoustic music of Troy Ita, featuring a variety of hits from the 70s to today including some children’s favorites. For the finale on May 2, The J-Walkers will cover multiple genres from yesteryears to today.
“We wanted to create a unique park experience within Creekside Park Village Green, and in partnership with The Woodlands Township, we feel like this space is perfect for the Creekside Park Unplugged concert series, which offers acoustic performances by popular musicians in our hometown,” said Jim Carman, Vice President of Master Planned Communities and Commercial Development for The Howard Hughes Corporation. “We encourage residents and guests to come listen to some live music while enjoying great retailers and dining options.”
Creekside Park Village Green is located at 26400 Kuykendahl Road between Creekside Forest Drive and New Harmony Trail. Creekside Park Village Green highlights a scenic tree-lined park with lush perennial landscaping, pergolas and a water splash pad.
