VIDEO: Sheriff Doolittle announces 21 Arrests in Multi-Agency Operation targeting Jugging Crews in Montgomery and Harris County
Sheriff Wesley Doolittle, alongside key regional partners, announced the results of a major multi-agency operation that led to 21 arrests of individuals involved in organized bank jugging crews operating across Montgomery and Harris County. Many of those arrested are violent offenders with extensive criminal histories or were on parole or probation.

Joining Sheriff Doolittle at today’s press conference were Texas Department of Public Safety Colonel Freeman Martin, Houston Police Chief Noe Diaz, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, Representing Montgomery County District Attorney Brett Ligon was 1st Assistant Mike Holley, and The Woodlands Township Chairman Brad Bailey. The coordinated response marks a significant step in dismantling criminal networks that prey on innocent victims after they leave banks and financial institutions.
“Today’s results send a powerful message: those who come into our communities to commit violent crimes will be met with unified force,” said Sheriff Doolittle. “This is the kind of success we achieve when agencies work side by side. Together, we are better.”
The operation leveraged real-time intelligence, surveillance efforts, and shared resources to track and apprehend suspects across jurisdictional lines. This collaboration is part of an ongoing initiative to combat jugging and similar organized crimes, and all agencies reaffirmed their continued commitment to this mission.
Sheriff Doolittle closed the press conference by thanking all participating agencies and emphasizing that this partnership is only getting stronger.
