Wine and Food Week kicks off with events all week in The Woodlands
The 2022 Wine & Food Week kicked off the evening of Monday, June 6 with a VIP Kick Off Event at The Butler House located at 23931 Gosling Rd.
Sponsors, partners and VIPs gathered together on the patio to raise a glass and celebrate 18 years of all things wine and food in The Woodlands. Attendees enjoyed paired tasting stations with experts from Houston and across the globe and received a special thank you from Constance McDerby, Founder and Co-Producer of Food & Vine Time Productions and Wine & Food Week.

It has been three years since Wine & Food Week has returned with a full week of events and now brings an entire new event lineup. Featuring hundreds of wines, celebrity guests, and fresh culinary faces, attendees can enjoy one of the best wine and food events in the region.

Experience national and international wines at wine tastings, Ladies of the Vine Tasting, Luncheon & Panel Discussion, new events like Grapes & Games, Wine Around the World Wednesday, Rose’ Way: A Sweet Soiree, and For the Love of Texas, all culminating in an elaborate Wine Rendezvous Grand Tasting & Chef Showcase including the Bayway Cadillac Premium VIP Lounge.
The Wine Rendezvous Grand Tasting & Chef Showcase will be held this Saturday, June 10 at the The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Ballroom where acclaimed chefs compete for the coveted GOYA Foods Chef of Chefs Award with a Waterford crystal trophy and $5,000 cash prize. Those looking for that extra touch of VIP can purchase tickets to the Bayway Cadillac VIP Luxury Lounge with specialty wines.
At the toast and kick off the Wine Rendezvous Grand Tasting & Chef Showcase, Wine & Food Week will honor the memory of Cleverley Stone, known as the “Diva of Dining” and a long-time friend of Food & Vine Time Productions. Stone was an icon in the Houston restaurant scene with hundreds of interviews on TV, The Cleverley Show, and founder of Houston Restaurant Weeks.

Wine & Food Week is truly foodie heaven all the while supporting charitable organizations such as New Danville and The Woodlands Arts Council. With a heart for giving back, Food & Vine Time Productions, the producer of Wine and Food Week, has donated over a third of their revenue to non-profit organizations and charities, totaling to over 2 million dollars since the company’s inception 20 years ago in 2002.
