Robbery at The Woodlands Mall

This Tuesday morning just after 11am, it was reported that two male suspects entered The Woodlands Mall with hammers and smashed several show cases inside of Helzberg Diamonds.
A good Samaritan coming off the escalator attempted to stop the intruders upon their escape and was struck with a hammer. The individual was transported to Memorial Hermann in The Woodlands.
Several witnesses saw the scene as the two males fled in a red Rav 4 SUV that was found on abandoned behind Pier 1 Oak Ridge North across I-45.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is asking for anyone with information or footage to contact the sheriff’s office.
