100,000 SF Legends Sports Complex sold to Church Project

The Woodlands, Texas – Jeff Beard, CCIM of The J. Beard Real Estate Company has represented the seller, Caduceus Management, in the sale of Legends Sports Complex located at 602 Pruitt Road, Spring, TX 77380.

The buyer, Church Project, was represented by Kevin Barr of Mohr Partners. The property will be the new home of Church Project, which is currently located at 295 Sawdust Road, The Woodlands, TX 77380.

The property is situated on 14.79 acres along the west line of Pruitt Road and Budde Road. It is comprised of two interconnected buildings containing approximately 50,000 square feet each. Built in 2007, the construction includes metal, block and brick veneer with metal roofs.
