The Woodlands Township severe weather updates: Trash Service delays and Facility closures
On Friday, May 3 at 8:05 a.m. The Woodlands Township shared the following severe weather updates that can also be viewed and monitored at their online Alert Center here.
As we enter the second day of severe weather, here are some updates:
Trash and Recycling Service:
Waste Management experienced delays in some routes yesterday due to severe weather and street flooding. If your service was missed yesterday, please leave your cart out. WM will make efforts to collect missed areas today and tomorrow. If your service is scheduled for today, please ensure your cart is placed out securely, ideally on high ground.
Township Facilities and Events:
Today, Township boathouses, including Riva Row Boathouse, will remain closed. Yappy Hours at Cattail have been canceled, with a new date yet to be determined. Town Hall is operating as normal.
