Grand Central Park begins Grand Adventure in September
Adventure is calling at Grand Central Park with opportunities to explore model homes and score prizes, including a weekend getaway to the San Luis Resort in Galveston.
To participate, tourists must visit the Conroe community’s eight professionally decorated model homes. At each stop they can scan a QR code, filling a digital passport to earn badges.
Once the badges are earned, tourists will be entered to win one of three prizes: a weekend getaway to Galveston’s San Luis resort, an electric bike or a smart home package.
“At Grand Central Park every day is an adventure,” said Amanda Burke, Director of Marketing for the community. “We want people to experience it for themselves starting with our gorgeous model homes. There is also an opportunity to earn an Ultimate Achievement Badge by participating in special experiences.”
Eight badges can be earned. To earn the first, visit one model home. Three model home visits earn two badges. Visiting five model homes earns a third. Visit all eight to earn a fourth badge.
Visitors can go three steps further and earn more badges by attending the community’s Artisan Market on Sept. 6, visiting The Lake House amenity complex, 1039 Lake House Drive, and stopping in at The Finding Place information center at 750 Grand Central Parkway. Visiting all the model homes and doing all the experiences earns people the Ultimate Achievement Badge. The more badges earned, the more opportunities to win.
