Get Ready to Rock at “Little Woodfest” during The Pavilion’s Children’s Festival on November 8 & 9

The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is transforming into “Little Woodfest” for this year’s Children’s Festival—a family-friendly, kid-sized music festival! Presented by Texas Children’s Hospital – The Woodlands, the two-day event takes place Saturday, November 8 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, November 9 from Noon to 5 p.m. Tickets, available starting Thursday, August 28, are $10 per person and include all performances and activities.

Families can jam out with The Rock and Roll Playhouse, the country’s largest kid-friendly concert series. Featuring music from icons like The Beatles, Taylor Swift, Fleetwood Mac and more, these mini concerts are designed for young audiences with big energy and even bigger dance moves.

Every corner of The Pavilion will come alive with a different music genre, from country and classical to funk and disco, creating a fully immersive, hands-on experience for kids of all ages. Plus, special meet and greets with Baby Shark and Poppy Troll are sure to delight the crowd!

Inside the Pavilion Event Center, Arts Beat brings a disco-themed creative zone full of hands-on crafts, a community art project and surprise Disco Glow Party breaks. The Arts Stage features performances like Princess Storybook Theater, Boogie Bash with Ms. Jan, Houston Grand Opera, Open Dance Project and Classical Sing Move Play. For the littlest festivalgoers, Tiny Tunes offers soft play areas, diaper changing stations and toddler-friendly activities designed just for them.

Rock down to Electric Avenue where electronic beats and high-energy fun collide with inflatables, a rock wall, a glowing LED dance floor and a petting zoo. Kids can bounce, climb and groove all day long.

Get funky at Hillside Grooves on the Pavilion lawn. This rad pad offers parachute games, giant bubbles and soulful crafts, all in a laid-back, Motown music-filled setting perfect for dancing and play.

Grab your boots and head to Roadhouse Rhythms, where country tunes set the tone for hands-on fun with big trucks, cool cars, real machinery and a ride on The Rhythm Express train.

Ovintiv STEAM Sounds hits all the right notes with hands-on science, engineering, arts and math experiences. The experience crescendos with Janet’s Planet, Little Beakers, 1ST-Gen Scholars, Woodlands Robotics, The Pavilion’s Instrument Petting Zoo powered by Ovintiv and more, sure to leave young minds composing their own symphony of curiosity.

Last, but certainly not least, Pop Place sets the stage for pop music fun with activities from The Woodlands Children’s Museum, exciting sponsor activations, character meet-and-greets and live performances by talented local students on the Community Stage. It’s where pop energy meets community spirit.

Admission is $10 per person and includes all performances and activities. Children aged 2 and under are free of charge. All activities and performances are included in the price of admission. Tickets can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com.

Sponsorship opportunities for this event begin at $7,500 and help The Pavilion expand its mission of making the arts accessible to everyone. Prefer to get involved hands-on? Preferred parking is available in the on-site Town Center Garage, located along Six Pines Drive. Parking is $10 per vehicle for this and most performing arts events. Tickets for on-site parking can be purchased in advance at all Ticketmaster locations and The Pavilion Box Office. Guests also may park in any of the five free parking lots on the southwest side of The Pavilion off Timberloch Place. The free, color-coded lots are connected to The Pavilion by corresponding pathways with signs leading across The Waterway.
