Pet of the Month with Operation Pets Alive: Meet Cody
Hello Woodlands, in partnership with Operation Pets Alive (OPA), highlights a “Pet of the Month” that features a local dog or cat available for foster and/or adoption in Montgomery County, Texas. Operation Pets Alive is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization striving to elevate Montgomery County to a No-Kill community through innovative programs that raise community awareness, reduce the number of dogs and cats that enter our shelters, and increase the number of dogs and cats that leave our shelters alive.
For our Pet of the Month, we are excited to introduce you to Cody!
Meet Cody
Cody is a gentle, sweet boy with a heart full of love. At just a year and a half old and 45 pounds, he is the perfect medium-sized companion with a calm, affectionate nature. His tail is almost always wagging, and his favorite activities include enjoying a good meal followed by a cozy nap. He gets along well with and enjoys playing with other dogs, and also finds joy in quiet moments—sunbathing in the yard or curling up to rest nearby. Cody would thrive with gentle children who love to cuddle, a retired individual seeking a loyal companion, or someone who works from home and would enjoy a peaceful presence by their side. He’s a sensitive, affectionate soul ready to bring warmth and companionship to his forever home.
