Houston Restaurant Weeks 2026 Menus are Now Live before the August 1 kick off

By  |

At a moment when many Houston restaurants are working harder than ever to keep their doors open, Houston Restaurant Weeks™, produced by The Cleverley Stone Foundation, is officially kicking off the 2026 dining season with the launch of the first round of menus. Beginning today, diners can visit the Houston Restaurant Weeks website to explore participating restaurants, view menus, and begin making reservations to Dine Out & Do Good™. This year, that simple act of dining out carries even more weight, offering meaningful support to local restaurants during one of the toughest stretches the industry has faced in years.

Now entering its 23rd year, Houston Restaurant Weeks returns August 1st through September 7th, 2026, offering 38 days of prix fixe brunch, lunch, and dinner menus benefiting the Houston Food Bank.

With more than 350 restaurants expected to participate, this year’s Houston Restaurant Weeks offers more opportunities for Houstonians and visitors to enjoy exceptional dining experiences while supporting a cause that helps fight hunger across Southeast Texas. Participating restaurants represent neighborhoods and communities across Greater Houston, including the Galleria, Inner Loop, West Houston, East End, Midtown, Downtown, Sugar Land, Galveston, and The Woodlands.

This year’s campaign arrives at a critical time for the hospitality industry. Rising food and labor costs, thinner margins, and a slower-than-usual summer have put real pressure on restaurants across the region, making the traditionally quiet month of August harder than ever to navigate. At the same time, diners are feeling the impact of rising costs, making Houston Restaurant Weeks’ specially priced prix fixe menus more meaningful than ever. Houston Restaurant Weeks was built for exactly this kind of moment: turning the city’s slowest dining season into its busiest, giving diners a reason to gather and treat themselves without breaking the bank, and raising funds for the Houston Food Bank in the process.

“My mother started Houston Restaurant Weeks in 2003 to help restaurants through their hardest month, and that mission has never mattered more than it does right now,” said Katie Stone, president of The Cleverley Stone Foundation. “So many of our restaurants are fighting to stay open in a difficult economy. When Houstonians choose to Dine Out & Do Good, they are not only helping feed families through the Houston Food Bank, they are throwing a lifeline to the local businesses and the people behind them who make this city what it is. Every reservation truly makes a difference.”

Restaurants interested in participating in Houston Restaurant Weeks are encouraged to submit the contact form on the website before July 25th.

Founded by the late Cleverley Stone in 2003, Houston Restaurant Weeks™ is the largest annual fundraiser benefiting the Houston Food Bank. Produced by The Cleverley Stone Foundation, the annual Dine Out & Do Good™ campaign invites diners to enjoy specially priced prix fixe menus at participating restaurants, with a portion of every meal donated to help fight hunger across Southeast Texas. Since its inception, Houston Restaurant Weeks has raised more than $23 million for the Houston Food Bank, helping provide the equivalent of more than 70 million meals.
