The Pavilion announces Cameron Klepac as Vice President of Strategy & Engagement
The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is pleased to announce the promotion of Cameron Klepac from Director of Marketing and Arts Outreach to Vice President of Strategy & Engagement. Klepac has also been designated as an officer of the organization.
In her new role, Klepac will continue to oversee Marketing and Arts Outreach while expanding her responsibilities to include organization-wide strategic planning, cross-functional initiatives, internal communications, external partnerships and other key organizational priorities. She will work closely with President & CEO Jeff Young and The Pavilion’s leadership team to advance the organization’s strategic priorities and long-term success of making the arts accessible to all.
“Cameron has already been serving in many of these capacities, and this new role formally recognizes both her contributions and the important work ahead,” said Jeff Young, President & CEO of The Pavilion. “Her ability to work across departments, bring people together and turn ideas into action has made her an invaluable partner to me and our leadership team. She brings a broad understanding of The Pavilion and a deep commitment to our mission, our team and our community.”
Since joining The Pavilion in 2016, Klepac’s role has grown well beyond the traditional responsibilities of Marketing and Arts Outreach. As Vice President of Strategy & Engagement, she will help identify and advance opportunities that support The Pavilion’s mission while strengthening collaboration across the organization. She will also serve as a key partner to the leadership team on complex initiatives and communications that represent The Pavilion, its leadership and its mission.

Klepac is an active member of The Woodlands community and currently serves as Secretary of the Visit The Woodlands Board of Directors and as a member of The Woodlands Arts Council Board of Directors. She and her husband, Andy, are proud to call The Woodlands home, where they live with their two children, Blake and Ace.
