Montgomery County Pct. 3 Deputies arrest Child Predator
On July 21, 2020 Montgomery County Pct. 3 Constable detectives arrested Jody Malone Jr. for Online Solicitation of a Minor and multiple charges of Possession and Promotion of Child Pornography.
The investigation started in The Woodlands and lead detectives to Malone’s home located in Conroe. Detectives believe Malone has come into contact with numerous children between 8 to 14 years of age in the Spring/Woodlands area located in both Harris County and Montgomery County. Detectives have identified 5 juvenile victims and are attempting to identify more.
