“Amazing” Local Business Helps Community after Harvey

The Hello Woodlands team talked with Kathy Tautenhahn, Vice President of Amazing Spaces Storage Centers, who shared her story of how their family turned a bad storage experience into a local thriving business that serves their customers and is helping the community after Harvey.

After a horrible experience in storing her Grandmother’s antiques, Kathy and her husband Scott decided to open a storage facility of their own. Amazing Spaces Storage Centers has a goal of providing the best in customer service and creating a memorable storage experience.

With 5 locations and one more opening soon, their storage unit properties are located throughout the Houston area – from the Houston Medical Center, to Spring and The Woodlands. Amazing Spaces has donated over $5,000 in boxes, moving truck rentals, and meals to first responders in response to the devastation left by Harvey. They are also donating a portion of profits and continuing to raise funds for Interfaith of The Woodlands. Thankfully, no damage, loss of property, or storm-induced issue was encountered at any location.
