Arrest in Aggravated Sexual Assault of Child

Montgomery County Sheriff Special Victim’s Unit, working with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and the Montgomery County Constable’s Office Precinct 3, makes arrest on August 30 in the case of Aggravated Sexual Assault of Child.

On August 30, 2020, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a juvenile that occurred in the 8000 block of Pinelock Dr. Willis, Texas. During the investigation, it was learned that a juvenile female was spending the night with a friend and during that time the suspect, 53 year old Ronald Montgomery See, is alleged to have committed sexual acts on the victim. On September 1, 2020, Montgomery County Sheriff Special Victim’s United executed a search warrant with the assistance of the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and the Montgomery County Constable’s Office, Precinct 3, at which time electronic evidence was located. Ronald See was placed under arrest and is current in the Montgomery County Jail on charges of Aggravated Sexual Assault of Child and Online Solicitation of a Minor with a $190,000 bond.

Ronald See is employed in the IT department at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church and School in The Woodlands. At this time, there is no evidence that Mr. See has victimized any members of the church or school as the victim is known to the suspect through a close family relationship.
