Charm Taphouse & BBQ Fires Up The Woodlands with Elevated Texas Smokehouse Fare, Fusion Thai Dishes, and a Craft Taproom
A new chapter in Texas barbecue is set to begin at the new Charm Taphouse & BBQ located in Montgomery County at 525 Woodlands Square Blvd. Conroe, Texas. Owners Adam and Wanalee Gorelick are known for their award-winning restaurants Charm Thai Kitchen & Bar (The Woodlands) and Charm Thai Bistro and Noe’s Café in Spring.
The restaurant opened earlier last month, and is set to celebrate its Grand Opening on Saturday, October 25 – with a series of activities throughout the weekend. Charm Taphouse & BBQ features a fusion of Texas BBQ with the fiery flavors of Thai cuisine, complete with a large tap wall, for foodies and craft beer lovers alike.
“With Charm, we invite you in to celebrate the spirit of Texas barbecue in an elevated atmosphere that goes beyond traditional BBQ,” said Wanalee Gorelick, owner of Charm Taphouse & BBQ. “From our Thai fusion offerings to the craft beer list — we set out to create a space that is unlike any others, and brings people together over great food and good drinks.”
Charm Taphouse & BBQ boasts a large menu that is sure to impress – featuring traditional BBQ, Thai dishes, and a fusion approach to some of the two cuisines’ most beloved offerings – expect dishes like Tex-Thai BBQ Fried Rice, Chinese Broccoli with Pork Belly and Charm Special Red Curry Brisket.
Guests can look forward to a mouthwatering lineup of slow-smoked brisket, tender ribs, pulled pork, and smoked double-fried wings, paired with house-made specialities like red curry mac and cheese, Tom Yum green beans, sticky rice, and sausage specials. The menu also features smoked burgers, hearty sandwiches, and rotating chef specials that spotlight regional ingredients and seasonal flavors with a variety of curries and traditional Thai mains.
Behind the bar, Charm’s drink program offers an impressive rotating selection of Texas craft beers on tap, signature cocktails, and a curated whiskey list designed to complement the smoke and spice of the kitchen’s offerings.
To celebrate the Grand Opening, guests can enjoy live music, beer specials, and limited-edition menu items available exclusively on Friday, October 24 – Sunday, October, 26, and includes menu specials such as a limited-time “Opening Weekend Plate”, live music, family-friendly activities, merchandise, giveaways, prizes and much more.
