1. Share your background. What originally brought you to The Woodlands?

The Woodlands is where I grew up. This is my hometown, and now, it’s my kids’ hometown. I graduated from The Woodlands High School and was even a member of the State Championship baseball team. I went to UT-Austin and launched my career, but when it was time to raise a family, I made sure to return to the community that built me.

2. Why do you enjoy living (and working, if applicable) in The Woodlands?

The Woodlands provides me the ability to give my family the type of upbringing that I got to enjoy.  It’s a safe community with great schools, great neighborhoods and great people. Raising my kids in the same community as my childhood is a dream come true and representing that same community as a Township Director would be an honor.

3. How have you served and/or how do you currently serve and contribute to our community?

Currently I am a Rotarian, part of the current Rotary Club Board and a member of George’s Coffee Club. I also recently graduated from Leadership Montgomery County. Previously I have coached several youth sports teams. My family and I attend The Woodlands Methodist Church.

4. What motivates you to run for The Woodlands Township Board of Directors?

Making sure my children get to experience the same wonderful community I grew up in is my motivation for running for the board. I want to continue the legacy of those that built this great hometown.

5. What are 3 things that you want voters to know about you (personal, views, experience, etc.)?

My goal is to be accessible, reliable, and to serve with integrity.

6. If elected, what would your top 3 priorities as a Township Board of Director be? How would you work to impact/shape the future of The Woodlands?

My top priorities will include preserving the current quality of life by being a responsible steward of taxpayer money while also being as innovative as possible in how the Board approaches growth.
